RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the delicate nature of our products, our Vilux Timeless Rose Box Arrangements are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our roses are perishable items that require specific conditions regarding temperature, moisture, and light to maintain quality, so we cannot accept returns except in cases where products are deemed defective.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that appears defective, please reach out to our Customer Support team within 12 hours of receipt. To expedite the process, kindly include a photo of the arrangement and send it to contact@viluxroses.com. We strive for customer satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve any issues if the product does not meet your expectations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our arrangements are made to order with perishable materials, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once an arrangement is completed, we are unable to issue cancellations or refunds. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order, and we will confirm if changes can be accommodated. All modifications or cancellations require approval via email from Vilux Roses management.
