NATIONWIDE SHIPPING  

Vilux Roses proudly offers nationwide shipping for all orders.

Order Processing: For most orders placed before 12:00pm EST on business days (Monday - Friday), we guarantee same-day shipping. However, under certain circumstances, if we are unable to ship on the same day, your order will be promptly sent out the next day. Our roses are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Ground Shipping: Our ground shipping services generally take 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for delivery, depending on your location.


SHIPPING INFORMATION  

All of our arrangements are securely packaged in custom shipping boxes. Please unpack carefully to avoid any damage to your arrangement. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

If you check the status of your order and notice it hasn’t shipped yet, please don’t worry. It may take a little longer than expected to ship your order, but we will ensure it reaches you by the expected delivery date.

  • PO Boxes & U.S. Territories: We do not accept orders for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
  • Business Locations: We do not take responsibility for deliveries to business locations, hotels, or restaurants. If you request delivery to such a location, please ensure it is secure, and the recipient is available to receive the package.
  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to snow, ice, or heat, can cause delays or damage to products during transit. We are not responsible for any weather-related delays or damage once the package has been shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery in New Jersey and surrounding areas, including Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, and Hudson counties. A local delivery fee will apply, and the fee may vary depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery charges are calculated based on distance, accessibility, and the area serviced.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day local delivery for all floral gift items in New Jersey, provided the order is placed before 10:00am EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day. Please note that same-day delivery is not available on weekends.
